Text Box: Welcome: The Simsbury Camera Club, located in Simsbury, Connecticut, was formed in 1955 and has been in operation for 55 years. The club usually meets the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 7:00pm, September through May, at Eno Memorial Hall at 754 Hopmeadow Street (Route 10/202), Simsbury, Connecticut. We are a friendly group interested in enhancing the photographic skills of our members. We extend a hearty welcome to all those who enjoy photography, regardless of their level of expertise. We are always glad to have new folks join us for our meetings. We hope you will become interested enough to become a MEMBER of our club so you can receive our newsletter, participate in our inner club and outside competitions, and learn along with us about how to take better pictures. Members can also join our YAHOO group which provides a great forum to discuss all photography related topics.

NEWS

Some photos of the January 28th Field trip to Magic Wings. It was a great day and five members of our club joined the trip.

Upcoming Field Trip:

February 4: Antique Sleigh Rally at Old Sturbridge Village, Sturbridge, Mass.

This one should be quite a bit of fun. This trip is very dependent on the weather; dress for outdoor conditions. Admission $20/$18 Seniors .

Our outside program meetings for this season will be held at the Simsbury Public Library in the program room (Downstairs) at 7:00 PM on 1st Tuesday of each month.
