The Lady Slippers at McClean Game Refuge caught my eye while hiking in late May. I could not pass up the opportunity to get up early and take advantage of morning sunlight. So I packet my bags and brought a tripod and my LED lights along with reflectors to control the light as it filtered through the trees. I got to talk with several people who stopped by to check out what I was doing.
