A family of mallards traverse a quiet section of stream in Elizabeth Park, Hartford, Ct. Intentional camera movement and soft focus were used to help create the mood of this image. I chose to use a high key view to give the scene a lighter and more serene feel. The ducks swim in harmony toward white negative space to imply they have "no particular place to go".
