In Motion (Special)

Images should depict motion through the use of motion blur. Panning, where the subject is in focus and the background is blurred, Long exposure, where the subject is blurred but the background is in focus or ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) possible techniques. Alternatively, images that freeze motion with a fast shutter speed are also allowed.
